| How do I create an account? | |
| 1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. | How much is my shipping? | |
| Choose "3 Week Prod via 2 Day UPS - $15" and your product will be created and shipped via 2 Day UPS service in about 2 - 3 weeks at a charge of $15. Choose "3 Day Rush Via Overnight UPS - $75" and we will ship your order on the third business day via UPS Overnight delivery for a $75 charge. Click here for our rush order and delivery schedule. | |

| How do I return my product? | |
| We want you to not only be completely satisfied but impressed as well. Within 30 days of receiving your John Christian product if you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations simply return it for a full no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges! Please note that on products produced in Platinum, there will be a refining charge on returns of up to $200.00 depending on the weight of the item.
