1. If you already have a design that you would like to use, simply place your order and email the artwork to [email protected].
2. If you don't have a design, it's easy, complete your order and give us your surname and country of origin, we do the research and send you a design to approve prior to production.

It's a worry free process, if you are not happy with the design we provide, we will give you a full refund, if after receiving your hand-crafted work of art, you are not amazed (almost never happens) we will either revise the design to your liking or give you a full refund.
