Metal Quality and Content
John Christian Jewelry is always guaranteed to contain the specific karat
gold and metal content stamped on your fine jewelry. Gold is a precious, malleable metal and should be expected to mellow with time
and wear. This is a normal occurrence and not a defect. Normal finish
wear and changes in your ring size are not covered under this manufacturer's
warranty. However, our John Christian craftsmen will refinish your current jewelry for a small service fee whenever possible. Damage to your
ring due to sizing (and/or repair) done outside the John Christian Studio
Factory is excluded from and will void this warranty.
