Our Continuous Life? Mother's Wheel measures 1/2" in diameter and is crafted in your choice of 14K Yellow or 14K White Gold. A matching 18" chain is included. The personalized side features up to four children's names in deep, three-dimensional letters. The front features bezel-set birthstones to indicate the birth month of each child. For less than four names, our stylish screw-top placeholder will be used in a balanced manner by our designers to make the best possible presentation.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. The pendant is just gorgeous and perfectly made. It was beautifully wrapped and packaged. I am confident that she will adore it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. My only wish is that the photos should include a photo of a model wearing the pendant so you get a better sense of scale. The pendant is delicate and smaller than I expected.
